World Sound Healing Day 2026 invites you into the sacred atmosphere of The Monastery’s Great Nave for a deeply immersive, day-long experience of sound, stillness and collective intention. Part of a global movement observed by thousands worldwide, this annual event unites voices and vibrations in a shared prayer of love, compassion and healing for the Earth.
Throughout the day, guests will be guided by experienced and much-loved facilitators through a rich programme of soul-centred practices. These include a powerful gong bath, crystal bowl sound journeys, sacred chants and toning, the Awakening Prayer, moments of silence, and gentle circle dance.
At the heart of the experience is a shared global “AH”, sung simultaneously with participants around the world, creating a resonant wave of unity and intention.
This year’s gathering is held in gratitude to Jonathan Goldman, who founded World Sound Healing Day as a “sonic valentine” for all beings. The event offers a space to slow down, connect deeply, and contribute to a collective field of harmony that extends far beyond the walls of The Monastery.
A nourishing, heart-led experience for anyone drawn to sound, spirituality and planetary healing.
A light lunch is included in the ticket price.
IS ANY SPECIAL CLOTHING OR EQUIPMENT NEEDED TO TAKE PART?
We’d recommend wearing warm, loose, comfortable clothing. You may wish to bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow should you wish to lie down for the sound healing sessions.
