Let’s show the world that Cedar Rapids is a cereal town by smashing a WORLD RECORD. Z102.9's The Morning Scramble and the Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance want to bring together 2,000 people to break the record for ‘Largest Cereal Breakfast.’
Join them in Greene Square Saturday, September 20th at the last Cedar Rapids Downtown Farmers Market of the season. Quaker Oats is sponsoring the market and providing Crunch Berry Cereal. Prairie Farms Dairy will provide the milk. All we need to make this record official is 2,000 people eating bowls of cereal at the exact same time.
