World Pride Run
About this Event
Join Proud Strides for the World Pride Run in Amsterdam!
Gather at the Blauwe Theehuis on the 8th August for this community 5K that is all about Pride, visibility, and joy. Whether you race for a PB, take it easy, or come for the vibe, everyone is welcome.
You can choose to run competitively in one of three categories ( Men, Women, or Unicorns ) or join the non-competitive community run and enjoy the experience at your own pace.
Expect music, glitter, great vibes, and post-run celebrations with food and drinks at the Blauwe Theehuis.
Prizes will be awarded for Best Dressed, Social Campaign, and the fastest runner in each category. Prizes include Brooks running shoes, Lululemon gifts, tickets to the World Pride Closing Party, and more.

11:45 AM — Bag drop & Bib Pick Up closes
11:50 AM — Warmup at Vondelpark Openlucht Theater
12:00 PM — Start of the race
12:45 PM — Finish of the 5K
13:00 PM onwards — Celebration, buffet lunch & drinks at the Blauwe Theehuis
Important:
• Minimum age: 16+
• Valid ID required to confirm age. No ID, no race.
