Our Ladies Only swimming lessons are designed for adult women who:
✔️ can’t swim (yet) or want to improve their confidence
✔️ feel more comfortable in a women-only setting
✔️ have busy work schedules and limited time
✔️ want to learn in a calm, respectful and supportive way
💦 What you can expect:
✔️ Small groups
✔️ Patient, experienced female coaches
✔️ Lessons English spoken
✔️ No pressure, no judgment , everyone starts somewhere
✔️ Easy to combine with a full-time job
You don’t need to be sporty.
You don’t need to be young.
You just need to take the first step 💪
