Everything happens for a reason—and this June, the reason is the Rhône. On Tuesday, 30 June, we are trading the steep slopes of the Mosel for the sun-drenched vineyards of the Rhône Valley. We are delighted to welcome Elodie Signoret from Château Gigognan to lead us through a masterclass of Southern French elegance.
The Rhône Valley is a land of legends, where ancient soils and the mistral wind create wines of incredible power and finesse. Whether you’re drawn to the aromatic whites of the Côtes du Rhône or the prestigious, bold reds of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, this evening is designed to showcase the very best of the region’s "rebel" spirit and iconic traditions.
What to expect
At this two-hour tasting, Elodie will guide you through the storied history of Château Gigognan, an estate that balances organic viticulture with a deep respect for the terroir. You’ll explore the nuance of the 'Clos du Roi' and discover why the Rhône remains a cornerstone of the wine world.
Our experts and Elodie will pour five exceptional wines, beginning with a refreshing Crémant de Loire to set the stage. You’ll hear first-hand stories from the cellar and gain insight into the unique craftsmanship that goes into every bottle.
