About this Event
In honor of World Ocean's Day volunteers will help remove debris from the shoreline, marsh, and Greenway surrounding Plumb Beach, part of Gateway National Recreation Area.
Gloves, bags, and tools will be provided. Volunteers are encouraged to wear weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy, closed-toe shoes and bring their own water and sunscreen. The event is rain or shine.
Important things to note:
The meeting location will be by the purple roundhouse. Click here to be taken to the Google Maps location.
There are Porta Pottys on site, but volunteers are encouraged to use the restroom before the event.
