World Mental Health Day: Minneapolis playdates

According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, play can significantly reduce stress and lead to improved mood and better stress management. So on October 10, we’re setting up some playdates. In the Twin Cities, you have four opportunities to join us—participate in one or all! Each playdate will be led by local lululemon Ambassadors, each bringing their own unique approach to positively impact our community’s mental health. Join us for moments of fun, connection, and play you won’t find anywhere else

10 am Woodbury Lakes with Ambassadors Hope + Hannah. Bringing back the play we remember from the school yard.

12 pm Rosedale Center with Ambassadors Noah + Chance. Creating your favorite backyard fun just outside the store.

4 pm Southdale Center with Ambassadors Jean + Luke. Creativity is the ultimate way to play; bubbles, hula hoops, and balloons oh my.

6 pm North Loop with Ambassador Peter. We will revisit all the fun sidewalk games we grew up on.
