Join us to "Walk as one at 1" and create a rolling wave of World Peace on World Labyrinth Day! Walking the Labyrinth is an ancient meditative calming practice as one walks along the guided path to the center of the circle and out again along the same path. On the first Saturday in May each year this form of mindfulness meditation takes place all around the globe as a spiritual call for world peace.
We'll gather at the Labyrinth on the grounds of the Free Public Library of Monroe Township. Accompanied by movement, musical vibrations, & positive energy, we'll walk the outdoor Labyrinth and add our energies to this 17th annual worldwide movement.
