What if your child could travel the world without leaving West Michigan?
Thursday, July 16th, from 10–11:30am, Kala will take us on an adventure to Nepal—and your family is invited!
World Explorers is where youth ages 4+ and their caregivers discover that the world is so much bigger, more colorful, and more connected than they ever imagined. Through interactive activities, music, movement, storytelling, food, crafts, and play, children get to step into a new culture and see the world through someone else's eyes. Each event is led by a Treetops community facilitator sharing pieces of their own heritage in a warm, welcoming, hands-on environment.
These early experiences plant something powerful: curiosity instead of fear, wonder instead of ‘other’, and a lifelong love of the people and places that make our world rich. Come explore Nepal with us—we can't wait to welcome your family!
Join us for a joyful, hands-on cultural adventure designed for children ages 4+ and their caregivers!
Summer Schedule:
*July 16- Exploring the World of Nepal with your host, Kala!
*August 13- Exploring the World of Cuba with your host, Yudelis!
Each event will run from 10-11:30 AM
🍃Children will:
*Learn about different cultures and traditions
*Build curiosity, empathy, and confidence in connecting across differences
*Experience the joy of belonging in a diverse community
*Leave with a stamp in their World Explorers Passport
🍃Each event includes:
*Interactive whole-group activities
*Cultural crafts and games
*Snacks and drinks from the featured culture
*Music, storytelling, and language learning
*10% off in the cafe and shop- kids products and t's
