Join us for an informative and educational morning with a chance to meet with Montgomery County and Public Safety Officials.
About this Event

This year's Safety Forum is an informative In-person and Live Stream (Live Stream 10am-11:30 a.m. only) seminar discussing Montgomery County's approach to a safer and Age- Friendly & Longevity Ready community. This session includes older adult skits, poster/art contest, public official presentations and information.

If attending in-person at the Schweinhaut Senior Center, and you are 60+ years of age or older and interested in reserving a boxed lunch, you must call Schweinhaut at 240-777-8085 during business hours.

Tuesday: June 17, at 10am - 11:30 am, Montgomery County World Elder Abuse Awareness Day (WEAAD) 2026, 16th Annual Older Adult Safety Forum, with presentations by State's Attorney's Office with Senior Skits, art/poster displays, followed by a panel presentation that includes, Law Enforcement, Adult Protective Services, and partners.
