Join the JABCECC as we celebrate World Dhole Day with our host My Yard Live Beer Co.
In collaboration with the Dhole Conservation Fund, the JABCECC team is raising awareness for the canid most people have never heard of, but is critically endangered.
So, what is a dhole?
* Medium sized canine, about 50lbs
* Form a family group of 5-8 adults
* Main prey is deer of all sizes, banteng, Gaur, and wild boar
* Location mostly India, China, Indonesia
* Sometimes called Indian Whistling Dog
For World Dhole Day, the JABCECC will be on Dhole Patrol duty!! Join us at our fav local spot to learn all about the Dhole and meet some of our amazing ambassador canids. Yep, that's right, Viktor and his foxy pals will be joined by Lucan, the famous #Dorkwolf, and his back-up Singers to champion their fellow canid The Dhole!
Come out and wet your whistle and have a crafted specialty beverage in honor of the Dhole!!
Family fun activities will include a scavenger hunt, canid mask painting, coloring, and, of course, our photo with a foxy friend!!
Reservations are always recommended! But please come out to support our non-profit canid center and learn about this amazing canid!!
