World Cat Congress Seminar 2026 – Safeguarding the Future of Cats

This full-day seminar will explore some of the most important issues shaping the future of pedigree cats — from cancer research and the latest developments in FIP treatment, to responsible breeding, genetics, and the emotional wellbeing of cats.

Alongside presentations from internationally respected speakers, attendees will hear updates from all nine World Cat Congress member registries and reports from the WCC Health & Welfare and Legislative Commissions, followed by an open forum discussion.

Whether you are a breeder, judge, registry official or simply passionate about the health and welfare of cats, this seminar offers a unique opportunity to learn from leading experts and take part in an important global conversation about the future of our breeds.
