World Café Meetup: Exploring AI in Organizations — In Person

Join us for an interactive World Café to share experiences, explore how AI is used in your workplace, and contribute to our research.
About this Event

Starting this September, Christiaan Verwijs, Prof. Dr. Karen Eilers, Prof. Dr. Daniel Russo, and Barry Overeem are bringing together practitioners and researchers to develop a practical framework for human-centered AI. By combining scientific knowledge with real-world experience, the initiative aims to identify the principles, strategies, interventions, and guardrails that organizations need to adopt AI responsibly.

During this interactive meetup, you'll take part in a World Café. Together with practitioners from different organizations, we'll explore how AI is being used in our workplaces, what people are experiencing, and how AI is changing the way we work.

The World Café is designed to trigger conversations across different perspectives. You'll share your experiences, learn from others, and help us identify patterns, questions, and insights that inform our research on human-centered AI.

Whether you're a facilitator, Scrum Master, agile coach, manager, HR professional, researcher, or simply interested in how AI is changing organizations, you're welcome to join.

This meetup is part of the Reflexive AI action research initiative, in which researchers and practitioners collaborate to develop practical guidance for human-centered AI. The resulting framework will be published under a Creative Commons license and submitted to peer-reviewed academic journals.
