In this 3-hour workshop you will learn how to hand carve a beautiful wooden vase for dried flowers. You can choose from a variety of timbers and shapes to create your own unique piece. Beginning with familiarising with timber grain and how best to work with the grain, you will learn how to use a carving knife and a drawknife as well as how to sand, burnish and oil your piece to achieve a great finished surface. No experience necessary.
All materials and tools will be provided for workshop use.
Closed in shoes to be worn.
