Our shadow is often a part we don’t want to acknowledge within ourselves and yet can drive us unconsciously. This December join psychologist, Andrea Hunt, for a Blackbird Healing Arts expressive arts workshop that focuses on knowing and engaging with the shadow with the intent to create wholeness. This 2 hour workshop hosted at Canopy Studioes include art making processes, guided visualization, and thoughtful reflection. No previous art experience required. All supplies included. This workshop is the eighth in a 8 part series of workshops based on the Celtic Wheel of The Year. Each workshop corresponds to a spoke of the wheel of the year; this workshop to the Winter Solstice. On the darkest night of the year we are asked to go inwards, to rest, and dream beneath the cocooning night.
