Immerse yourself in the traditional art of willow basketry! Join us for a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn to weave your very own baskets using homegrown willow. You'll learn from Zac Fittipaldi, with nearly two decades of experience, he has guided students to create hundreds of beautiful baskets.
Zac Fittipaldi began his basketry journey with a year-long apprenticeship in 2008. Since then he has continued to practice many different basketry techniques using a variety of materials from around the world with the focus on traditional European Willow and local Black Ash. Zac now has his own Willow farm in southern Minnesota with about 20 different varieties of basketry and ornamental Willow.
