✨ Workshop + Live Music Milonga at Hope Chapel – Bristol ✨Join us for a special evening of Argentine Tango learning, music, and social dancing at the beautiful Hope Chapel in Hotwells.
We begin with a focused workshop on Technique & Adornos with Isabel Camaño, founder of Isabel y Tango. Isabel is known internationally for her refined technique, musical sensitivity, and clear teaching that helps dancers develop elegance, precision, and expressive adornments that naturally grow from the dance. This session will explore how subtle technique transforms simple movements into beautiful tango expression.
After the workshop, the floor opens for a Live Music Milonga featuring the extraordinary harmonica virtuoso Joe Powers. Joe is widely known for bringing the soulful voice of the harmonica into tango, blending tradition with a fresh and captivating sound that has enchanted tango audiences around the world.
The evening continues with music selected by DJ Alchemist, keeping the dance floor flowing with classic golden-age tandas and inspired selections.
