Experience a restorative sound bath using instruments like gongs, singing bowls, and chimes to calm the nervous system, release stress, and promote deep relaxation.Erica Nguyen is a certified sound practitioner and yoga teacher who shares transformative sound medicine with diverse communities. She is the founder of Sound Healing Project and is passionate about creating inclusive, grounding spaces for rest and reconnection.
