Enjoy your time creating your own 6x6”mosaic wall art using natural materials such as slate, stones, and an assortment of other tesserae. Learn the art of creating a mosaic piece with texture and interest
Agenda:
intro on how-to methods
cutting techniques
choosing colors and tesserae (stones, slate etc) to create interest
adhesives and brief safety with tools
Rest of the time to work on your project
Participants should bring:
Safety Glasses or prescription glasses. Available for purchase for $3.
