Workshop Series

The Adams County Children's Advocacy Center will be showing the following three workshops for professionals working with children:

• June 11 at 10:00am: Drug Endangered Children (presented virtually by Eric Nation & Stacee Read of the National Alliance for Drug Endangered Children)
• June 18 at 10:00am: Medical Aspects of Sexual Abuse -Session 1 (presented virtually by Dr. Norrell Atkinson, MD, FAAP, Child Abuse Pediatrician & Director Child Protection Program at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children & Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Drexel University College of Medicine)
• June 25 at 10:00am: Medical Aspects of Sexual Abuse- Session 2 (presented virtually by Dr. Norrell Atkinson, MD, FAAP, Child Abuse Pediatrician & Director Child Protection Program at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children & Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Drexel University College of Medicine)
• July 16 at 10:00am: Red Flags of Abuse of Individuals with Disabilities
• August 1 at 10:00am: Helping Families Through High Profile Cases
• September 10 at 10:00am: Medical Aspects of Child Physical Abuse Series (Session 1)
• September 24 at 10:00am: Medical Aspects of Child Physical Abuse Series (Session 2)
