SIGN UP: https://forms.gle/cknmiN7zFNimTLfT9The feminist discussion about financial issues is usually focused on gendered pay gap and unpaid care work. There is less conversation about how feminists use money in everyday life.
Join the workshop to reflect on your personal relationship with money, and to place it within a broader social context.
How is our financial behaviour gendered? Which feelings, thoughts and attitudes do we associate with money? How do we argue and compromise over money-related issues in our everyday lives?
The workshop does not engage with the question of how to earn more money. We will not craft abundance talismans, share financial wisdom, or give investment advice. We will discuss how feminists think and talk about money to cope in capitalist society.
The workshop language is English. The conversation is facilitated by Airi Triisberg.
