WORKSHOP: Late Summer Propagation • Hosted Alexandra Park Greenhouse, Lead Gardener, Liz Maynard.
Learn how to collect seeds from a variety of garden plants and discover the best ways to process and store them for future sowing. Explore which hardy annuals and perennials can be sown in autumn to give them the best start. Understand how to care for your newly sown seeds and young plants as they develop. This will be a 2 hour workshop with demonstrations, discussion and practical learning.
Saturday 22th August • 2.00pm-4.00pm
This workshop will be a small group, with a maximum of ten places available.
£25/person.

Liz Maynard is a RHS-trained lead gardener and works part-time at Alexandra Park Greenhouse.

Access is via a ramp off St Helens Road (next to the park depot).
