Herbs for Rest, Energy, and Health!We invite you to a cozy workshop where we’ll get to know four useful and safe herbs — peppermint, lemon balm, sage, and cowslip.
You’ll learn how to find and identify them, prepare them for storage, and use them in everyday life.
We’ll taste herbal teas, enjoy the aromas of hand-picked fresh and dried herbs and make our own herbal blend to take home.
Time-tested traditions and modern scientific knowledge in a friendly atmosphere — come join us!
Short plan
1. Welcome tea — tasting an herbal blend (lemon balm + peppermint), introductions.
2. Four plants:
🍀History and traditional uses
🍂What modern science confirms
🍃How to find and identify the plants
👩🏼🍳Simple recipes and ways to use them
☺️Sensory experience: taste, smell, touch
3. Practical part — making your own jar of herbal tea.
4. Discussion and questions
What participants will get:
- Knowledge about four useful herbs: how to identify, gather, store, and use them.
- Simple and safe recipes for teas, infusions, and aromatic additions.
- Understanding the differences between traditional beliefs and scientifically proven properties.
- Their own jar of herbal tea prepared during the workshop.
- An informational sheet with descriptions of the plants, their properties, and safety notes.
