This weekly gathering is designed to foster connection, cultural exchange, and support for newcomers and locals alike. The event kicks off with a warm welcome and introductions, where attendees share their name, country of origin, and an interesting fact about themselves. Dive into the fun with our Cultural Exchange Bingo, a lively icebreaker that helps everyone get to know each other.

The Experience Sharing Session offers an open floor for attendees to discuss their journeys of moving to Estonia, share challenges, and offer advice. Afterward, enjoy a relaxed networking and coffee break with light refreshments, perfect for making new connections and exploring potential collaborations.

1. Welcome and Introduction:

○ Brief welcome by a host.

○ Quick introduction where attendees can share their name, country of origin, and one interesting fact about themselves.

2. Ice Breaker Activity:

○ Cultural Exchange Bingo (where people have to find others who match certain cultural experiences or traits)

3. Experience Sharing Session:

○ Open floor for attendees to share their experiences of moving to Estonia, challenges faced, and advice for newcomers.

○ This could be facilitated by having a few pre-selected speakers or an open mic.

4. Networking and Coffee Break:

○ Light refreshments provided.

○ Encouragement to mingle, exchange contacts, and discuss potential collaborations or shared interests.
