Workshop for Celebrating Faith & Belief Festivals Programme

The Belfast Local Community Action Plan has recently launched a project supporting faith and belief groups across our city. The Interfaith and Belief Project aims to provide opportunities for each tradition to present their own perspective positively, while also building understanding and stronger relationships between – and towards – the many faith and belief communities that make up Belfast.

We would like to invite you to a face to face workshop for Stream 3 of the Project: Celebrating Faith & Belief Festivals Programme. This stream aims to plan activities bringing people together to mark key faith and belief festivals, include dialogue between faiths and beliefs, celebration of festivals and collective community action projects.

We need lots of participants to help us build this programme!

Please come join us at Windsor Baha’i Hub, 22 Lower Windsor Avenue, Belfast, BT9 7DW for an engaging and interactive workshop where you will have the exciting opportunity to give your input and help us design the programme for you and your community.

If you are cannot attend in person, then please join us by the provided Zoom link in your ticket for the session.

We welcome people who live or work in Belfast or regularly worship at, or work for a faith group in Belfast City.

Together, we can help our City develop better understanding of difference, address sectarianism and racism, and embrace diversity! If you are not a person of faith, then there are also opportunities.
