Make it a dance, not a fight
PART 1: Gather around the fire
Do you experience tension from different parts in you? Perhaps they’re fighting for the driver’s seat? Or do you want to get to know your gifts & talents that are hiding in the shadows?
This 2 parts-workshop is a playful, insightful exploration of your alter ego(s) and how they inform your life. This practice is not about judging or fighting our ego parts, instead we invite them to the table. Giving these parts a space to express and be seen, allows you to gain a deeper understanding of their nature and how they can serve you as essential vehicles for your soul’s journey.
Ming creates a safe and brave space for you to meet your total Self, free from judgement.
Through various practises from somatic movement, theatre improv and parts work, you will be able to see and embrace your alter- ego(s). This can be incredibly liberating, as you may discover hidden parts of you that may have held you back or hidden talents that want to be revealed.
And as we amplify these ego- characters, you may be surprised by their creative and witty expressions.
