At En Beat (North Shore)Workshop From 5:00p.m.-7:00p.m. $40 (includes the party).
This is a level 3 workshop so you need to be Level 3 assessed to attend (the workshop part, everyone can party!).
Raechel and Shanon have been missing in action for a while now but they've finally found their way out of the jungle, showered, and put on a badly needed change of clothes. As punishment for going AWOL they're teaching a level 3 workshop before the party! Yay!
They'll be covering body flight (unfortunately that doesn't involve throwing Antony from one side of the room to the other), and playing with some variations to help to hit some of those bits in the music we can hear but not do anything with on the dance floor. So it'll be cool AND useful stuff. Double yay!
N.B. Antony throwing may feature if we finish our content ahead of time, and everyone is suitably warmed up first. Lift with the knees people; your backs will thank you in future years.
