🌸 Spring is in the air – the perfect time to try something new! Join us for a uplifting and relaxing **8-Form Tai Chi Workshop**, where you’ll learn a short yet powerful Tai Chi flow. Perfect for both beginners and experienced practitioners, this 8-form sequence captures the essence of Tai Chi with simple yet elegant movements that fit easily into your daily routine.

- Master 8 fundamental Tai Chi forms in a small space – whether it's your bedroom, kitchen, lounge, or garden! 🌿
- Complete the flow in just 3-5 minutes, repeat as many times as you like.
- Learn step-by-step with Tutor Jingjing, who will demonstrate, explain the how, why, and what of each movement, plus give you exercises and variations to deepen your practice. 🧘♀️
By the end of the workshop, you’ll feel confident enough to practice on your own at home. No prior Tai Chi experience needed – though if you’ve practiced before, even better! 🙌
🌼 This workshop will be held over two sessions to give your brain and muscles time to build lasting memory. The first session is on November 16th, and the second one on December 7th.
