Workshop # 2: Strategies for Healthy Work-Life Balance

Join us for an evening of shared learning, self reflection, and exposure to new tools.
This intimate evening is design to support women in understanding how to create more balance in their daily lives and how to feel comfortable with being ‘good enough’ in each area of their lives. Attendees will engage in self-refelction and guided activities, and they will receive strategies and resources to use outside of the workshop. In this way, women will be supported to navigate this hot topic in a safe and collaborative environment.
The evening includes a welcome drink and small meal.

This workshop will be facilitated by Claire Hanlon, MACP, RPsych (#6911) and Anusha Kassan, PhD, RPsych (#4346). They will provide an insurance receipts to attendees following the event.
