The Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with NH Listens, invites you to join a three-part learning series designed to enhance workplace dynamics. Each session focuses on a distinct theme—personal and social identity, navigating tough conversations, and sustaining inclusive practices. Participants will gain valuable insights into how identity impacts leadership, develop skills to manage complex discussions and learn strategies to foster a resilient and inclusive workplace culture. Please note: It is not necessary to attend all 3 sessions but we welcome you to register for as many as you would like based on your availability and interest.
Session 3 on December 3:This session will focus on sustaining inclusive practices by encouraging a mindset of curiosity and openness. You'll explore how to ask the right questions and maintain a perspective that supports diversity across dimensions such as nationality, politics, and religion. This final session will equip you with the tools to create and maintain a work culture that values and thrives on inclusivity, ensuring long-term resilience and cohesion within your organization.
