This short practical course includes classes in: Cooking, Meal Support, Meal Planning, Dietary Guidelines, Allergy Management, Hands-on industry experience in care, building skills to employment and much more
This training covers the following accredited units of competency:
- FSKOCM007 Interact effectively with others at work
- FSKRDG007 Read and respond to simple workplace information
- CHCCCS042 Prepare meals
- CHCCCS043 Support positive mealtime experiences
- CHCAGE012 Provide food service

Monday-Wednesday+ Work placement
l0am-3pm
Starts 4th May - Graduation 24th June
This training attracts NSW Government funding.
