WORKPLACE BULLYING

We are inviting you to join us at the WORKPLACE BULLYING on Thursday, March 13, 2025 from 6pm to 8pm at Spring Creek Barbecue, 270 N. Central Exp, Richardson TX 75080.

Topics: multiple anger, repeated rage, intentional acts of aggression, hostility, social isolation, or disrespect, and much more.

STATED.... Workplace bullying is a persistent pattern of mistreatment from others in the workplace that causes physical and/or emotional harm. It includes verbal, nonverbal, psychological, and physical abuse, as well as humiliation. This type of workplace aggression is particularly difficult because, unlike typical school bullies, workplace bullies often operate within the established rules and policies of etc.

Bullying can be covert or overt, sometimes unnoticed by superiors while also being widely known throughout an organization. The negative effects of workplace bullying are not limited to the targeted individuals, and can potentially lead to a decline in employee morale and shifts in organization culture. Workplace bullying can also manifest as overbearing supervision, constant criticism and obstructing promotions.

SPEAKERS RECEIVE: PRESENTATION 30 MINUTES, SOCIAL MEDIA ADVERTISING (FACEBOOK, EBLAST, ETC). CERTIFICATE FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT, WE WILL PROVIDE TABLE AND CHAIR FOR YOU TO SHOWCASE AND DISPLAY BUSINESS PRODUCTS.
