Workplace AI Readiness Forum

The conversation around AI has moved fast. You've likely been following the headlines, experimenting with chatbots, and maybe even attended a workshop. But moving from casual exploration to integrating AI into everyday business operations requires a different set of skills, both human and technical. That's why Mitchell College, Chamber ECT, and members of the Chamber's Tech Council are working together to develop a Workforce AI Readiness Program tailored to the needs of our regional business community, and we need your input.
Join us for an interactive breakfast discussion where business and technology leaders will explore practical ways AI is being used, discuss how it may impact today's workforce, and help shape future training opportunities.
Whether you're curious, cautious, or already experimenting with AI tools, this is your chance to be part of the conversation. Help us build a program that prepares our region to embrace AI thoughtfully, confidently, and with purpose, ensuring Eastern Connecticut's businesses and workforce are ready for what's next.
This event is free to attend, supported in part by the Tech Talent Accelerator grant program through CT's Office of Workforce Strategies. Open to all. Register today at Info.ChamberECT.com/Events.
