This one's for the Girls!! Florida Man Volleyball is collabing with the hottest baddie around Certified Personal Trainer Kaitlin Kessie for a women's group fitness class tailored to the moves we make on the volleyball court. We play constantly... tournament here, pick-up there, shameball everywhere, and only talk about "let's train!". Let's control that heavy breathing and build those legs up to show the world what a Certified Florida Man Baddie is. This is not a skills training, this is a strength and conditioning day, and everyone is welcome even if you do not play!Limited Spots Available*
