Workout While you Work Networking Event

Expereince a 45 minute, all-ability hybrid F45 workout, T10. The class will be led by Coach Josh of Miramar Health. Following the class, we will head to a networking lunch at Ubuntu Cafe (335 Nieto Avenue) in Long Beach at 11:00am. There is a shower on premisis. Attendees can particiapte in the workout, the lunch, or ideally both!
