Come sweat it out with your friends during this Spring Forward Workout Party! 🥳We’ll complete a low-impact indoor walking workout together right in the sanctuary. Childcare is **NOT** provided for this event, but kiddos are welcome to attend and exercise with their mamas.
What To Wear:
- Supportive shoes
- Comfy workout clothes
What To Bring:
- Water bottle
- Resistance bands/light dumbbells*
(*Resistance is not necessary but can be used to intensify the workout.)
