Workout & Brunch: Feel Good Brunch Club

Ready to sweat with us? Then head to Zoku for a strengthening HIIT session with Feel Good Brunch Club, followed by a healthy brunch on our breathtaking rooftop.

• Enjoy a sweaty HIIT workout with cardio as well as strengthening elements hosted by experienced instructor, Elli Hauer from Elli's Personal Training, on our Event Space. Please bring your own yoga mat with you! This session is suitable for everyone.
• Make use of our changing room and shower to freshen up after the session.
• Have a delicious & healthy brunch in our rooftop restaurant, The Living Kitchen.* Just order your favorite item off our à la carte menu and pay for the brunch directly on-site.
• Sit back and dig into our tasty brunch while taking in an amazing view of the Prater.

• 09:45: Meet with your teacher, Ellie, at 7th floor at Perspektivstrasse 6.
• 10:00: Workout begins.
• 11:00: Enjoy brunch in our rooftop restaurant.

My name is Elena and I'm originally from near St.Pölten in Lower Austria, but I've been living in beautiful Vienna since 2020. Those who know me personally or already follow me on Instagram know what a big role fitness and exercise in general has played in my life for years. With my personal training programs, but also with my group classes, I pursue a great passion - passing on knowledge and, above all, motivation!

At my event series "feel good brunch club" we spend a morning together according to the motto "wake up - workout - feel good!"

We start the morning with a sweaty HIIT workout with cardio as well as strengthening elements. The workout will be concluded with a meditation, gratitude exercises or various breathing exercises. Afterwards there is the possibility to freshen up and take a shower. To make the package perfect, there will be a brunch afterwards to fuel up our batteries - vegans & veggies welcome!
