Workshop offered by Gina Siluwa
The Inner Resources in the form of the Wisdom Energies: A Buddhist Way of Understanding Personality, Emotions, and Relationships.
This playful and accessible workshop presents a Buddhist psychological system for enhancing self-awareness, interpersonal communication, and creativity, and our exercises and teachings will be linked to the practices of Green Tara, an embodiment of everyone's higher energies of the feminine principle within
Gina has decades of experience living and sharing these teachings and practices
The workshop aims to help you see, think about, and experience life from a new perspective. Through nurturing games, contemplation, and wisdom teachings, you will discover a whole new facet of who you are and connect with yourself with greater joy, creativity, and understanding.
There are different ways to connect with our inner resources, (sometimes hidden by other parts of us) and to enhance our ability to live our lives so that we can make the most of our resources and share them with others in a profoundly satisfying and uplifting way.
Self-discovery and discovering the depths of others are important keys to playing the game of life. My motivation throughout my 25 years of teaching groups has always been the same: to unleash human potential, transform deep-seated fears into creative gifts, and help you embrace your higher purpose.
WHEN: Saturday, Sept 19 and Sunday, Sept 20th: Two days of workshops from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
WHERE: Centre Wakefield LaPeche, in Wakefield Quebec
No prerequisites other than an open mind, a desire to play, and enthusiasm to commit to these two days.
