Every dancer who dabbles in choreography (creating dances) eventually experiences the dreaded “choreographer’s block.” It’s just like a writer's block, only for dance. So how do we get unstuck when it feels impossible to move past that one part of the music? How can we get out of our heads and back into our bodies?
These are just some of the questions we’ll explore during this two hour workshop. Through dance games and engaging exercises, we’ll reignite our creative thinking. You'll leave with tools you can use not only in your choreography but in everyday life as well.
