Another excellent learning opportunity during Kelly van Baggen’s WE clinic this past weekend. I’m so pleased with Little Black and how she’s relaxing and understanding each individual obstacle. For me, this is a wonderful opportunity to learn how not to tighten up, but stay relaxed by offering a quiet mind and a thoughtful body.
