Each session focuses on a different piece of the job-search puzzle, with real-world tips, hands-on practice, and one-on-one guidance.
Presented in partnership with the Kentucky Career Center, these workshops connect you with tools, local resources, and supportive professionals who want to see you succeed. Come ready to learn, ask questions, and leave with action steps you can use right away.

Learn how to build a résumé that gets noticed! Explore what employers are really looking for, how to highlight your strengths (even if you have limited experience), and how to tailor your résumé for different jobs. You’ll review examples, get tips on formatting and keywords, and have a chance to ask specific questions about your own résumé or get started on a brand-new one.

Make the internet work for you in your job search. Learn how to set up or strengthen your LinkedIn profile, search and apply for jobs online, and spot red flags in job postings. You’ll also explore other major job sites and tools, with time to ask questions and get help navigating applications, settings, and search filters.
