We're kicking off the day with a quieter first hour, designed with job seekers with disabilities in mind. Expect reduced noise, dimmed lighting where possible and a calmer pace before the main event opens up. Everyone is welcome during this hour. It's simply a gentler entry point for anyone who prefers a lower sensory environment.
