Here’s the deal: this class is built for real life. It’s **$5** — because community wellness should be doable. It’s **7:30–8:30 AM** — because you can roll in wearing your work clothes, get a full hour of movement, and head straight into your day. No duffel bag, no locker room, no twenty-minute post-workout reconstruction. You show up exactly as you are, and we move.
And yes, it’s fun. Like: actual-fun fun. We flow through helpful stretches, shake out the dust with ecstatic dance, sprinkle in some light cardio, and play with music that’s eclectic and energizing. You’ll feel your heart rate come alive, your spine loosen, your brain turn on. Give it a month, and you’re gonna crave it.
We’ll track things together, too — breath rate, specific poses, little wins that add up. You’ll set goals you can actually reach, and we’ll celebrate when you do. Because that’s the vibe: we *notice* ourselves. We honor the work. And we’re a community.
This class is a little less formal than what you might expect and a lot more tuned into intuition, agency, and support. We’ll close each session with a check-out — a moment to witness what we just built together. This is your year, lets do it together!
