What is a 'Work On' and why do you need it?

Working together to rethink, redesign, find a solution or build better.

If you’re running a business, when was the last time you stopped, took a breather and really took a ‘big picture’ look at where you’re going?

Are there any obstacles that are holding you back? Something that’s keeping you at ‘good’, when you could be GREAT!

Do you have an impartial confidante with whom you can discuss new ideas or who can offer those flashes of inspiration with the sentence: have you thought about…?

If you’re struggling with any of the above, our “Work On Sessions” are here to help.

Our ‘Work Ons’ are about finding YOU time for you and your business, within a small group of like-minded women you have the chance to openly talk through one of your business concerns in a confidential setting.

This is valued quality time to think through the facts, perhaps look at a hurdle or problem from a different angle, consider the options, may be get inspired with new solutions and get the creative juices flowing as you consider your next steps forward. The beauty of doing this with an Assist Work On is you have a tribe to assist you with this!

Then you have the privlidge of returning the favour and as you support and share the burden or a business issue with your assist'ers! How incrediby self-satisfying.

The 'Work On' will be facilitated by a trusted member of the Assist Team.

All four of you have a set and fair time allotted to discuss YOUR issue, you take a little of YOUR time sharing the background, pose the key question or problem that is challenging you. Your co-workers and the facilitator is with you to work through this, sharing ideas, contacts, best practice. It is possible some real lightbulb moments can occur!

To close you have a few minutes of your time to check them action points and ideas you have to take back to your business or workplace. The conversation is private, with some open and honest discussion. The aim, is we support one another! #WomenSupportWomen

What is your hurdle to work through?

LIMITED TO 4 RESERVED PLACES. A Donation of £10 preferred.

We do try to ensure we have no conflict of interest within a group and our guests are not from the same sectors.

RATHER THAN JUST 'WORK IN' YOUR BUSINESS TAKE SOME VALUABLE TIME TO 'WORK ON' YOUR BUSINESS! We're here to 'Assist' that!
