Tina Santos, HIE mom and Hospital Ambassador at @SeattleChildren, is hosting Work It Out, a local connection event all about self-care for HIE parents and caregivers.

Enjoy a supportive space to share how caring for a child with HIE impacts your health and self-care, then learn sustainable workout tips and tricks from former trainer Alicia Alford — tailored just for busy caregivers.
Please bring your own light lunch/snacks and, if you’d like, small hand weights or dumbbells. A playground will be open for kids during the session.
