WORK + flow: yoga class benefiting Haiti

Meditation Circle is excited to partner with WORK (dowork.org) for the upcoming WORK + flow class on Saturday, November 9, 2024. This energizing 60-minute yoga class combines intentional and invigorating poses with relaxation, breathwork, and meditation.

Half of the proceeds will be donated to support WORK’s mission of accompanying families in Haiti and beyond out of poverty through good, dignified jobs. After class, we invite you to learn more about the impact of your support and discover additional ways to get involved.

Preparing for the session:

- ARRIVE EARLY. the session will begin promptly at 11:30 AM

- however, arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to WORK + flow

- no prior experience is necessary, and ALL levels are welcome

- dress comfortably and be prepared to move

- bring a yoga mat (mats available to rent for $2)

- don't forget your water!
