Kenneth Kelly is a Plant City-based author who will read from his latest book, Journey of a Forsaken Rose, which is about an exiled former soldier who crosses into a foreign world where he must fight for survival against an unknown evil.
Prior to publishing his own novel, he collaborated on the Pakk Trilogy, a sword and sorcery series, with Piers Anthony.
Kelly is also a local English teacher, an avid Dungeons & Dragons player, and an accomplished martial artist.
He is a graduate of St. Leo University.
