Word of the Year Workshop in Cincinnati

Welcome to Simply Well Chiropractic’s “Word of the Year” Workshop Series! Starting this January, we invite you to join us on the second Tuesday of each month for an enriching journey to discover your guiding word for the year. Please note the first group will meet on Jan. 21.

Each session will focus on different aspects of how this word can shape and improve your life, from setting intentions to reflecting on your progress.

Our first workshop will introduce you to the concept of choosing a word that embodies your aspirations and goals. We’ll provide a workbook to guide you through this process, helping you to dream big and plan effectively. To make it even more enjoyable, we’ll offer snacks and drinks
