Port Macquarie dog enthusiasts and their pooches (on leads) in all shapes, sizes and colours are invited to a Woof & Wine afternoon at Cassegrain Wines on Sunday, 15 March.RSPCA NSW Port Macquarie Supporter Group will host the fundraising event to help fund its desexing and emergency care programs, helping low-income pet owners in our community to care for their pets.
As well as a lovely day out in Cassegrain Wines’ beautiful grounds, the four-legged participants can join in some challenging competitions, including the waggiest tail and the best sit-and-stay.
There will be wine tasting for adults and Scaramouche Face Painting for the kids, music from the Black Magic Big Band, a barbecue with Blah Blah Blah Coffee for Blokes, delicious nibbles from Tru Blu Catering, a caffeine hit from Round & Round, fabulous photo opportunities with Amegilla Studios, delicious cakes from the RSPCA volunteers and behavioural tips from an RSPCA expert.
Local animal clubs and welfare groups will also join us on the day and the event will run from 1 - 4pm with registration from 12:30pm.
The RSPCA Port Macquarie Supporter Group is hoping the community will get behind this event after its major fundraising event in 2025 was unfortunately cancelled due to flooding.
