Do you have woody invasive plants in your backyard? Keep cutting them and they just keep coming back stronger? Come to our woody invasive treatment workshop! This is a free event taking place at the Allegan Conservation District building at 2412 Taft Road. We will be discussing purchasing an herbicide dauber or building your own, safe herbicide mixing and use, when to time treatment for the best results, and more. Then, we'll move outside for a demonstration of the "cut-stump" technique that many professional land stewards use to remove woody invasive plants. Come join us at 5:30pm on September 25th and learn how to steward your own land against invasive species!
